Construction and coexistence rules in Kuyabeh

If you want to build according to your tastes and possibilities, you must comply with the construction standards of the development. They are single family lots, each owner must do the topographical studies and specific environmental studies of their land, once you have the design of your house, it is presented to the committee of architects of Kuyabeh.

The maximum area of land for the house is 5%, in addition to 2% for the access road clearing, for a total of 7% of land.
